Bannister Downs is a fourth generation, family owned dairy farm located amongst the Karri trees in the South West town of Northcliffe, Western Australia. With an uncompromising focus on quality, Bannister Downs is proud to be recognised as the leading producer of quality fresh milk in WA.

The contented dairy herd at Bannister Downs are milked twice daily. Their fresh milk is piped directly into a purpose-built processing facility whilst the cows are being milked – you can’t get any fresher than that!

Traditional processing methods used at Bannister Downs ensure that milk quality is never compromised and the creamy flavour is a result of pure fresh milk without ANY additives, preservatives or enhancers in any shape or form.

In addition to its premium product, Bannister Downs also leads the way in sustainable packaging with its eco-friendly ecolean packaging. Ecolean packaging has been awarded international accolades for its innovation and environmental sustainability.

Bannister Downs has made a commitment to achieve carbon neutral status by August 2010 and is already well on the way to that goal by seeking to reduce waste and emissions in every aspect of its processing and distribution.
